I'm a sophomore who just got into working in a research lab. I have a 4.0gpa and I'm majoring in both forensic science and chemistry. Before applying I haven't done much in lab or research and my best leadership position is being an RA and behavioral youth mentor. Is it likely that I would even be considered, or do they really only accept the best of the best and not people with potential?
