Have acceptance dates always been given out on a Thursday or Friday?
If not, it's possible we may hear tomorrow.

Usually, yes. A couple years back it was released earlier in the week, but that was during the major sequestration push, and decisions were delayed until June. That year they probably just wanted to get out decisions as soon as possible, so they didn't bother sticking to the Thursday/Friday 'rule'.

So it's possible we'll hear tomorrow (because we've already been delayed to May), but I don't think it's likely.
