Does SMART pay the awardee's full tuition AND a stipend on top of that?

It's been a couple years but I believe they covered all of my tuition and none of the mandatory fees, etc. and yes, you get a living stipend on top of that.

For people just given the award letter, how do we know how much our stipend is? I couldn't find it on my award letter

It'll be on a form you get access to soon. What degree level are you?
