I have a question about references within the application.

Is it possible to send the requests for your reference letters before your application is submitted, or does it only send the e-mail request once the application has been submitted in full?

Also, when submitting my application, is it possible to submit supplemental material later, but before the deadline? For example, if I submit my application now, can I resubmit my transcript before the deadline once I have received my grades for this semester?

For the first question, I would say it is recommended to give your references a heads up email before the email from ASEE comes.

For the second, I tried to send an updated transcript (in 2010) and they wouldn't let me.
