Does anyone know if you have to do anything once you finish phase 2? Do they send you anything informing you that you have finished your service agreement or anything like that?

The SPO should send you a letter (usually via email) noting that your commitment has been fulfilled and you are entering Phase 3, but they aren't exactly quick about getting that out.
